Authorities in Pennsylvania recently discovered that someone had abandoned a dog in a crate and dumped her on the side of the road near train tracks. Even worse - by the time they found her, the poor pup had recently died.

When experts examined the remains of the sadly deceased canine, they discovered disturbing clues indicating the kind of life people had subjected her to.

Evidence showed someone had cruelly abused the poor animal and forced her to endure long-term neglect, leading her to be severely emaciated.

But so far, officials haven't been able to locate whoever did this to their pet. It's important that authorities find whoever abused, neglected, starved, and dumped this dog before they hurt any other animals!
