Beasiality is legal in Canada says the Supreme Court June 9, 2016
In a case where a man was charged with 13 counts of child molestation against his step daughter and 1 count of Beastiality against their family pet.
He used peanut butter on his little innocent step daughter and had their dog lick it off while he video taped it.
As long as "penetration" is not involved. Anything else is Legal on an animal states the Supreme Court.
Parliament used that term without further definition in the English version of the 1955 Criminal Code. Bestiality meant buggery with an animal and required penetration.”
We MUST as a Nation stand up and fight for our country.
A law like this MUST be changed and written clearly that An act of Beastiality means, Any kind of Sexual Touching of an animal.
Pet owners know that their pets are family members and like children.
We must protect our family members against lude acts and obscene, disturbing people.
500 Signatures and the House of Commons must have this petition read before our Parliament. If I have an MP willing to sponsor.
500 Signatures should be no problem. 10,000 would be amazing and 100,000 would basically guarantee this law gets changed.
