PERSONALITY DISORDER MENTAL DIAGNOSTIC IMPROVEMENT ACT

I believe that Veterans cannot live without honor and misattribution of military trauma (MMT) such as PTSD, MST, TBI, etc. to "personality disorders" might save the DoD and VA money, but also stigmatizes (dishonors) Veterans which can contribute to suicidal ideations. My bill is designed to force both DoD and VA clinicians to follow the standard of care for General Personality Disorders in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to avoid further MMT.
