Animal torture

This 18 year old douced a puppy with gasoline and light him on fire. He is now claiming racial bias and the judge has decreaed his bail ! He didn't show up for court the 1st time. PLEASE help to STOP this cruelty and demand that he is punished to the fullest extent of the law that is supposed to protect ALL of us and the precious animals that depend on the human race to PROTECT them. Thank you !
