Keep RPCEC from raising our boarding rates

RideOn recently acquired the Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center and sent an email to boarders stating that effective February 1, 2020 board will increase to a flat rate of $480 per month. No amenities have been added. Board will still include the same standard alfalfa or bermuda, mucking stalls once a day, and general use of the property.

The equestrian center has never seen an increase this large before. The current rates are at $430/month for a basic pipe stall and $450/month for a breezeway barn stall. Sign this petition to tell the city and RideOn that we will not pay this amount. We should get the chance to see a layout of the facility's costs per month so we know where our money is going. This is a community center.
