Bring the 1925 NFL Championship back to its rightful winners, the Pottsville Maroons!

In 1925 the Pottsville Maroons defeated the Chicago Cardinals 21-7 and were dubbed the NFL Champions.  They then defeated the much heralded Notre Dame All-Stars in a game that many see as the day pro football surpassed college.  The NFL suspended Pottsville for playing that game in Frankford's territory, and gave the Championsip to the Cardinals instead.  It's been 90 years, and the NFL still refuses to recognize the Maroons as champions.  They should feel they owe the team from Pottsville something, since they helped pave the way for the biggest league in the world.  Sign this petition and let's get Pottsville back their title!
