Stop all kill shelters and death rows in the USA!!!

I hate the fact that between 3 and 4 millions of cats and countless dogs + other pets are "euthanized" every year in US shelters, those pets often don´t even have the chance to be adopted because they´re don death row after less than a week, this is barbaric and inhumane, no matter if the pets land in gas chambers or are euthanized with an overdose of narcotics, close down all kill shelters and death rows and start more TNR programs instead, then soon less pets will be dumped!!! In Germany not even handicapped or FIV /FeLV posive cats or other handicapped pets are killed, none´s euthanized unless it has a deadly disease and unbearable/untreatable pains, so why can´t the USA take Germany and a lot of other European countries as an example or even as an idol? Please...
