Justice For Diesel

On December first Lincoln County resident Christina Sims Returned home to find her family dog had been shot and killed by a neighbor.

The Police and Animal control informed Miss Sims that the neighbor had apparently feared for his life. As a result he had time to go in his home retrieve his shot gun, proceed to loading it and then return outside and shoot Diesel, a sweet loving family pet and guardian to 4 little boys.

When miss Sims attempted to press charges due to the flawed story, she was told no. Now diesel was a bully breed which are legal in North Carolina yet still frowned upon, as in most states.

If this man truly feared for his life why not stay inside and call animal control. Please help us in finding Justice for Diesel and his family!
