Dog's body found with note: "We beat it 2 death lol!"

This was a senseless act against a defenseless dog. I want to be sure that the Mayor of Penbrooke, Florida takes action in helping to find the culprits responsible and bringing them to justice. Working with the police department of Penbrooke. We are the voices for these creatures and we need to stand firm in helping them. There is strength in numbers, I'd like to see the community of Penbrooke come together.
