dear Tim thank you for all your help i have just sat a new residency test for the job seekers allowance i have already passed the one for housing benefit but of course now they have cancelled the housing benefit back now and all the money that they have paid to tayfen house so that i am in danger of being chucked into the street with no food and no money if i do not pass this new habituasl residency test which i am basing on hard work to be part of the community such as volunteering at the magistrates court cab and trade fair cafe and trying to complete my law degree at university campus suffolk going to 6 employment agencies the language school thesolicitors of bury st edmunds [16] and five banks to openan account and 9 real estate agents [ i found a house wgich fitted the councils criteria ] i will have to go back to france as a british national it is the only place in the world i can live and any chance of becoming a qualified solicitor and having a decent life will be over [ something i thought David Cameron beleived in] I have also based my application on extenuating circumstances my case in the united nations high commission for human rights and compassionate british passport when i was in france she sent me an email to my hotel in france i can get a copy of it i have kept the whole file in case i have to go to court to get my money and compensation her email said what do i do now when she had my application my photos my documents my fee 120 euros whuich she has never returned i sent all this 3 times i want 150pounds for that too i beleive she may sent all my docunments back which had been photocopied for their file what was this lady miss n doran s probleme when i have had a british passport all my life i want an apology written and a fullrefund of 120 euros whiuch i paid for thefee and 200pounds for allthe photocopying international phonecalls and photos i provided her otherwise she will be sighted in my proceedings that i am
