Severely punish the poachers baiting food with explosives to catch bears NOW

People on the ground working with Wildlife SOS in Southern India have found evidence that poachers are baiting food with explosives to disable and catch bears. There is a significant market for bear parts, including bile. No animal deserves to be poached and hurt for human purposes. Please sign to let the District Minister know in unequivocal terms that this cannot be tolerated and poachers- of any animal- must be severely punished.
