CHANGE CONSTRUCTION START TIME IN CITY OF YONKERS RESIDENTIAL AREAS

In densely populated residential neighborhoods, any development larger than a single family home, should start external construction no earlier than 8 A.M. October through June and 8:30 A.M. July through September.  No Weekends, or holidays should be permitted.  Additionally, the City of Yonkers Noise ordinance should be updated to restrict the level of construction noise in any densely populated residential areas, to levels that ensure the health and well being of residents.
