Stop the dumping of dogs in lake county Especially clearlake CA and to save all the dogs running lose in clearlake ca

To many dogs are just drop off and left to fend for themselves and the shopping centers like Walmart and other store are over ran with lose dogs that have been abandoned. Need to save the abandoned dogs and get them to a safe place off 5he streets and out of the shopping centers to a Sanctuary.
