DEMAND JUSTICE for "PUPPY TORTURES FOR VIEWS"

Attacked by snakes, trapped on train tracks, or put into other perilous situations, dogs and other animals are being victimized by "video makers" who exploit their agony. While we have made strong progress in stopping the cruelty -- including suing YouTube and protesting at Meta headquarters -- abusers continuously try to evade detection and keep harming animals for "fun" and profit. Since this country doesn't use "Punishments to fit the crime!" Why not fine ($1,000+ if bigger, per animal-use the funds to help other animals) and jail time-from 2 - 5 yrs. (10 would be better) per animal. (I think-Shoot them, because people like them are really useless)! And have their name on a "WORLDWIDE ANIMAL ABUSER LIST", so they can never get near animals again.
