Demand higher penalties for abusing dumping, abandoning and any cruelty towards animals

    There must be stricter laws, and they must be enforced to end this overwhelming punishment that animals are getting these people must be held accountable, and the law must be enforced to a higher stricter penalty along with never having an animal again once a abuse they always abuse once they kill them they will kill again once a torture in animal and video it and post it They will do it over and over again. This needs to stop and it needs to be enforced with structure penalties at least a felony for the animals welfare
