Ask City council to change their policy on fera/stray cats and allow responsible citizens feed them

http://www.newsnet5.com/dpp/money/consumer/troubleshooter/Garfield-Heights-woman-issued-ticket-for-feeding-stray-cats  This responsible Senior citizen did the right thing over 10 years ago with 3 sweet abandoned kitties by getting them spay/neutered and even supplied a house and food for them and now because of a complaining neighbor and an out dated/inhumane city ordinance not allowing residents to feed outside companion animals not owned. read the story that this sweet senior has to go to court now and pay $100 fine and get rid of animals. PLEASE SIGN ASKING FOR A CHANGE TO 21ST CENTURY AND ALLOW HER TO CONTINUE CARING FOR HER OUTSIDE FUR BABIES!!!
