My concerns is that people held responsible for mis treat animal of all kinds pushishment is clearly not severe enough just slap hand come on everyone can change these laws this animals they. Feel just as we do.i want see harder punishment and be fine so high they will never want to look at are think of getting any animal,I like see something like the law does on sex offenders and children abuse are children. Sexually abuse they have to be put on resture offender.i like she these animal abuser be put on animal restrictions list can't ever own no type of even a fish if caught be put in jail.
