Demand a BAN on online puppy mills and dog breeders

There is an avalanche of puppy mills online so fewer people go to the shelter to find their new family member. The result of this is suffering and dying dogs in the puppy mills, and don't forget the mother dog who is forced to be pregnant again and again. With so many people doing this, the puppy mills are having a hard time finding people to buy their puppies so now many are offering "free" puppies. There are also people selling small monkey's! Because of this the beautiful healthy dogs in shelters get few visitors and thus do not get adopted and the result is overflowing shelters and dogs being euthanized for length of stay or lack of space.
