This Petition was formed to provide legislative, judicial, and law enforcement officials with clear and convincing evidence and establish grounds for an arrest of a perpetrator who has stalked victim for over 8 years. The primary means%uFFFDsuspect stalked victim%uFFFDis through%uFFFDbugging victim's personal property and electronic devices, such as computer, radio, iPod, house, car, etc., that generated noise, harassment, and verbal threats in public and private places.%uFFFDAs a result, innocent members of society were placed in fear,%uFFFDintimidated, and victimized by the perpetuated harassment. To partake in this Petition, participants must listen to threats played to victim and verify that threats are heard. The Petition will be forwarded to FBI, Los Angeles Police Department, and Court authorities to help end the stalking.%uFFFDOn January 25, 2008, victim received death threats from his allegedly bugged iPod Shuffle. The threats were made in tune with the beat of a song and the words, "I'm about to kill him," were repeated. We, the undersigned, heard the recording of threats generated from victim's iPod and compared them to the original song. We hereby conclude based on evidence provided that Petitioner is a victim of stalking, harassment, and extortion threats. The evidence is clear and convincing and warrants an investigation by the United States Attorney General. The stalking, extortion, and harassment conspiracy must end immediately.
