MAKE SPAY/NEUTERING PETS MANDATORY IN THE U.S.

Every year, millions of healthy, adoptable pets are killed in shelters across America, simply because they are homeless. We have a serious over-population problem in this country. By making spaying and neutering pets mandatory, we will prevent thousands upon thousands of unwanted animals from being born, thus ending the need to kill healthy pets. It's such an easy solution to a problem that can eliminate the killing and the cost of the housing and feeding of these pets. Some people are afraid that purebreds will die off, but responsible breeders can obtain permits and be monitored for compliance. It's the responsible and ethical thing to do. These animals don't ask to be born, and most certainly don't want to be killed. It's up to us humans to fix this crisis! Please sign and share this petition.
