STOP DALLAS CITY SECRETARY FROM AMENDING CITY ZONING CODE

City Secretary's intent is to reduce min lot size in single-family districts, amend single-family & duplex regulations to allow triplex & fourplex uses by right amending Chapters 53/57 of the Dallas City Codes.

SOLUTION-Secretary's office should do following by independent, unbiased, competent companies:

A Study on impact of surface roads w/projected increased traffic.
Impact on the existing schools/hospitals/fire/police.
Increase on water/wastewater/electric capacities/deliverabilities/existing customer retail rate impact
Environmental impact.

TABLE proposal pending these results. The PEOPLE SHOULD VOTE on this issue that WILL substantially affect their lives/property values.
