Charge City of Alice ACO former employee with cruelty to animals

Charge former City of Alice animal shelter employee Rose Mary Hawkins with "Cruelty and Abuse to animal" for dragging an injured dog to her truck. The dog was later euthanized due to injuries sustained but perhaps if not dragged by Rose Mary Hawkins, the dog may have had a chance.

Please sign petition to hold Rose Mary Hawkins responsible for cruelty to an injured animal. We must set a precedent that regardless of your "position" or responsibilities that animal cruelty is wrong and will not be tolerated.
