Severe punishment for Greek Hunter that hung his dogs

Officers responded to a scene in Yannena, Greece where two pups were found hanging by the throat, and 3 others were being kept in squalid isolation intended for breeding only. Police have not pressed any charges, however, nor have they rescued any animals from the site. We demand you remove the animals from this site at once and punish this evil hunter immediately!
