DEMAND stricter penalties for for animal abusers

There is got to be something done For the people that are abusing, tormenting, starving, decapitating, stabbing, and all the other horrific things that is happening To the animals And the United States is getting worse and worse, and people are getting meaner and more bitter Their own dogs let alone the stray, dogs, and animals to no fault of their own were dumped because of heartless, self-centered, cruel, nasty Subhumans
They need to stiffen up the laws and prosecute to the full extent.. The mutilation that is going on is horrific and something has to be done to save these poor Animals!!
