Stop the Coullee Region Humane Society from Killing animals needlessly!

In La Crosse, WI there have been numerouse occasions where dogs have been taken from their owners and when they were attempted to be recovered the owners were told they were put down due to aggressiveness.  The methods that they use to determine a dogs aggressiveness involve starvation, dehydration, and abuse in order to get the dogs to react.  This is the type of behavior these people are supposed to protect animals from.
