Support, say no to the agreement 113-2013

 Guatemala goberment say that some species of dogs are much dangerous for the poblacion, so create a Government Agreement 113-2013 that said In regard is the LAW REGULATIONS FOR DANGEROUS ANIMAL CONTROL. the said regulations consists of 50 items, and states concerning dangerous animals, obligations relating to public safety and health care, obligations of owners, managers, breeders and forks.Regulations require that dogs classified as dangerous must wear belts and chain or muzzle to be in public places.
