Save The Marathon Bear

A woman was unfortunately attacked during a marathon run through the park. A mother bear with cub/s was startled and attacked. Fortunately the woman survived. The authorities that be want to catch and euthanize the mama bear to test for rabies. The chances of it having rabies is low. If it did in fact transfer rabies to the woman it would be fatal to her. The marathon organziers and the preserve should be held responible for poor decison making allowing the marathon to even take place. A mother bear is short on time and can not plead her own case. We must be the voice of reason and advocate for her and her family.

We want to save this mama bear from death and keep her together with her family.
