Demand an end to eradication of stray dogs in tje guise of Animal Birth Control

In the indian state of Kerala dogs are killed with impunity defying every rule in the book. Of late in the neighbouring state of Andhrapradesh Government is embarking on mass ABC without monitoring committee or SOP standards. Many of the vets in the programme are illtrained or not well versed with ABC.Worse still AWBI is having some as members aND SOME AS COOPTED MEMBERS. fiappo an umbrella organisation is awardiding the perpetrators swayed by media reports. Tell the minister MOEF to immediately stop the programme and restart it only after putting ahigh level monitoring committee in place to stop destroying the strays in the name of mass ABC.
