Jagex is permanently banning the legit RuneScape players for "macroing" they give you this at your account status "22-Jun-2013Macroing Major (ban)Appeal PendingView", and their provement looks like this:

the reason for this isn't because they'll show what they use to detect bots, no it's because they just have no evidence, they just wait untill you get a longterm membership (I got banned a few months after I bought a 1year membershippackage)
the endless appeal stays at the pending stage for years and whatever you do they ignore everything, they don't warn somebody anymore, innocent or not, you'll be trown under the banhammer, if you post something about it on the forums, it will get closed within a few hours and get an answer like "appeal it, don't spam the forums with it, this is no place for banquestions", if you send e-mails, they 100% ignore it, if you send letters, they 100% ignore it. If you have membership left, they don't refund you any cent! They are just scamming their players!
