Stop the slutting open the guts of horses at Torneo Estatal de Lazo festival Yucatan Mexico

This inhumane event is known as the ‘Torneo de Lazo’ and is held each year in the Mexican state of Yucatán.
What does this festival actually consist of? Essentially, bulls and horses are placed in the arena as the bulls are given indications to attack. The bulls proceed to running the horses down, hitting them with with their sharp horns until the horses are cut open and left with severe injuries, such as open wounds. But none of the horses will receive any medical attention whatsoever. They are left to perish and die, humiliated and in pain.
