Help get Giovanni Lombardo Radice a role in Bond 23

Giovanni Lombardo Radice, an Italian actor known for playing shady and villainous roles in cult horror films auditioned for the role of Renard the Anarchist  in the James Bond movie the "World Is Not Enough". It soon came down to Radice and Robert Carlyle and Carlyle ultimately won the role. Upon hearing this unfortunate info from none other than Mr. Radice (Also known as John Morghen), I decided that a petition should be started to get the attention of MGM and Eon so that they can consider Mr. Radice for a role in the upcoming installment of the James Bond series.
