Why does Marcia Mayeda LA DACC makes over $449,000 a year ? Why is CA (plus TX) the highest kill state in the nation for healthy adoptable dogs, including moms and lactating puppies ? Why is there NEVER and INDEPENDENT AUDIT of these WELL FUNDED taxpayer paid slaughterhouses ? Where are the AG, council, Mayor etc ? mayor Bass claims to want to improve things at election time BUT where is the yearly independent audit ?
