Demand to the Police departament from Jinan city China,that person who slammed 5 puppies on

In China a savage chinese  angry male slammed 5 puppies into the floor and killed all of them.The New York Daily News correspondent in China reported that on 13 November 2013 .A chinese male with his girlfriend went to the market in searching for a puppy to buy, he found5 cute puppies and pick one to show to his  girlfriend,one of cute puppies bit him presumably in intention of playing.He put the puppies down and demanding compensation from its owner.The owner ,o poor old lady has no money to pay for.So that man take the puppies  and slammed on the floor until they dint move anymore ,he killed  all 5 in the same way.Chinese police unable to arrest him unless the owner presses charge .She dint do that ,coz she is afraid for her own safety.So  we  STRONLY DEMAND THAT POLICE  FROM JINAN CITY TO ARREST THOSE 2 FOR THE CRUELTY AGAINST ANIMALS.The pics are enought proove for starting an investigation .
