The girl is laughing as she joyously throws defenseless puppies like frisbees into the turbulent water of a river. Since she has on a jacket, the water is probably very cold. There is little doubt the puppies did not survive. Someone knows who this heartless pathetic excuse for a human being is. The videographer is as culpable. They need to be charged. The cruelty is despicable. Cowardly. Pathetic.
