Bus needed from Newcastle to Newtonville

I am a resident of Newtonville on Dissability who does not drive that would like access to services and businesses in Newcastle. A bus even twice a week would be benefical to many in Newtonville, for such things a banking, grocery shopping, restaurants, employment.
