Stop The People Making Horses Suffer In The Maltese Heat

My family and I have been driving through Valletta a few times a week and every time we drove though, we saw about 5 horses being forced to suffer in the 40 degree celcius heat!  Stop all the horrible owners who just want to make money and completely disregard the condition of the horses! SIGN THIS AND STOP THE CRUELTY!
