All the poor little dog wanted was to give someone its love.
But this wicked woman chose to shoot it 10 times, and filmed herself doing it.
You can hear the defenseless creature crying out in agony after each shot.
Over and over. And over. And over. And over...
After so much suffering, the helpless animal finally died.
Did she have any remorse afterwards?
No. Not even a little bit.
"I'm one cold-hearted b****and I don't give a f***," she said.
Diaz confessed to killing the dog after being confronted by someone who knows her. She is now in the custody of the Cherokee County, Texas, Sheriff's Department.
Someone like Kimberly Diaz doesn't deserve to ever be around animals again.
Diaz was recently arrested and a judge has not been assigned to make a ruling on her case, as of the making of this petition. But we'll be ready for them, when the time is right.
Senator Bernie Sanders has been a long-term advocate for animal rights, and has co-sponsored numerous pieces of legislation to protect endangered species, as well as to combat animal cruelty.
That's why we're asking him to lead a movement in Congress that would ensure that animals are protected from the likes of her.
Don't you think it's absurd to give criminals like Diaz a slap on the wrist?
