TOGETHER WE CAN STOP SHELTERS FROM EUTHANIZING ANIMALS!!!

I want an end to shelters being able to kill innocent animals, due to stress/anxiety, or because they are not being adopted, or for room. I want there to be funds by the government to fund more no kill shelters.TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
