BAN THE USE OF HUNTING DOGS NOW!!

Ever since I was a little girl, I've seen how dark and cruel this world could be around me. And I made it my mission to rescue and save as many animals as I could, and spread the word and make a difference. That being said, a huge issue we have in Virginia currently is the use of hunting dogs. We moved to McKenney VA about a year and a half ago. We are in the country, surrounded by a lot of woods. In this time of living in our home, we have had over 60 dogs come to our house starved, neglected, and abused looking for warmth, food and water. Many arguments from these hunters and owners are "We lost track of them, it isn't our fault". "They need to eat the bare minimum or they won't listen to what we ask of them". I've seen kennels that were not covered, and these dogs are exposed to all weather conditions. At night when I got outside to let our dogs use the bathroom you can hear all the dogs crying because of being outdoors, in the cold, or scolding heat, without food. Do dogs whine? Yes of course. They are emotional beings like you and I. But, these whines are not just being dogs, these whines are because of what they are made to do, being treated like property and disposable. We just rescued our one hound from a hunting club. He was less then 4 months old and he had so much trauma done to him, he's still so broken and scared. You could see his bones, he had wounds that were deep, and infected. We need to be their voice. We need to stand up for these dogs and get justice for them. It is abusive, and neglectful what these hunters do. These dogs are barely living. Barely hanging on. Why do they deserve this? Why isn't this banned or illegal yet?! It needs to be. Please share, and sign! We need this to get to the right people. And make a difference. I've written emails, urging congress to pass a bill making it illegal and banning use of dogs for hunting. These dogs need us! Thank you.
