Demand An "Animal Offender's List"

We have sex offender registries to protect the welfare of children, so why not have a list to protect the welfare of animals, especially since they have no voice. WE need to be their voice.

Too many animals go beaten, starved and killed for sport and most times NOTHING is done about it and worse they are allowed to keep obtaining animals. I think it's time someone took a stand and said enough to repeat animal abusers.
