JUSTICE FOR MILO, CAT BEATEN TO DEATH IN KUWAIT

Milo was a beloved pet of a family in Kuwait, who was horribly beaten to death by a neighbor in retaliation for a minor disagreement. Milo's body was tossed in the street so his human mom, who rescued him when he was a kitten , was confronted with his tortured dead body in the street. The neighbor was able to do this because animal abuse is rampant in Kuwait and is not considered a crime. PLEASE HELP US CHANGE THIS! Milo was a sweet and happy member of a loving family, and to murder and torture him in this way is barbaric.
