Dog Bark Collars

These collars should be banned. Electric shocking a poor dog every time it barks is cruel and inhumane. Every manufacturer of these products should be fined and shut down. Dogs bark, thats what they do. If you don't like the sound then don't have a dog. How would like it if a collar was strapped to your neck and every time you spoke you got a shock. Think about it !! If you love your pet you wouldn't be hurting it like this !
