Non reduction of speed limits

The reduction of speed limits will increase pollution due to car and trucks driving in lower gears for longer. It will also have an affect on cars and trucks with ad blue systems and dpfs which is costly to replace due to slow speeds and lower revs. The dpf has to have high temperatures to clean its self out if not it will block up and then needs to be replaced. We will have more rear end accidents due to people going slower than permitted. Have more penalties for drink and drug drivers licence gone on the spot till court date. No licence 2 months in jail for the first offence. Young drivers insured in less powerful cars with a black box fitted.
