Help me to create a protected area in the Fer River Basin located in Italy - Aosta Valley

Fer River Basin represent one of the most beautiful corners of Aosta Valley Region, located in the middle of Alps, in the upper left corner of Italy, near the border with France.

To preserve it may be an opportunity of growing even for the local population as well as for Tourism in general. So, please, I wish You consider the opportunity to help me for creating a protected area.
