Solid underglow lights on motorcycles should be legal to have on while driving with the exception of red and blue due to safety reasons. When I motorcycle is rode at night it would benefit all motorcycle riders and decrease the number of accidents. When on the road riding with lights it catches other drivers in cars attention and let's them know that a motorcyclist is coming. It will also decrease fatalities with cars vs motorcycles because more people would be more alert to what's coming up on them so they don't make a mistake and run into motorcycles..
