The Safe Streets UK Campaign Group was established in 2008 and aims to help bring a stop to the UK's well documented current gun and knife crime problems. We believe that too many people have already lost their lives in this way and hope that you will join us in our campaign to end this frightening trend. Safe Streets UK is a not for profit group and will not ask for donations. We simply ask for people to join and help us spread the word because the more voices we have, the louder we can shout. Within the next few months, it is our ambition to begin organising events, both locally and nationally, to highlight the issue of gun and knife crimes and want you to be there with us. At Safe Streets UK, our message is simple:
End Gun And Knife Crime Today
We the undersigned have today signed this petition as we wish to strongly voice our opinion against the United Kingdom%u2019s increasingly common spate of gun and knife crimes. We believe that there have been far too many lives lost through this horrific yet preventable crime already and want it to stop. We understand that, as individuals, we are limited as to what we can do but intend to do everything in our power to raise this issue by whatever means we can. We hereby call upon the Government to liaise with Safe Streets UK and other such campaign groups in order to keep us informed of how they are trying to combat this extremely serious problem and would also ask that they take onboard any suggestions or advice that we may offer.
