Stop Riding trails on abused horses in Cuba

The attached pictures are from an Israeli tourist taken during a trail ride while on holiday in Cuba. How small is her awareness of what a well nourished and healthy animal should look like. The animal used in this trail ride are all similar to this skeleton. I searched on the internet to find an organization to reach out to to report the abuse, but there is none. Only a privately funded group for dogs and small animals. There is no government organization that supports or lays down anti cruelty protection laws for animals in Cuba. Every government is responsible for the welfare of it's people and allowing desperate people to abuse an animal to make a living is a gross neglect of the government, not only to the people but also to the animals.
Let us appeal to the government of Cuba to include anti animal cruelty laws and help the people to help the animals.
