Investigate the rescue and transport for Sweet Lee who was killed while being transported

Justice for Lee!  Poor, scared Lee was rescued by a so called rescue (CSE Plus)  Kathleen Tortu-Bowles back in August 2013.  It has been stated that while being transported in a filthy RV,  this rescue team drugged Lee most of the time, and it was discovered that Lee was not supervised, got lose with a muzzle on his mouth and later shot by a farmer. In the mean time, this rescue group took over $1500.00 dollars in pledges promising to keep him safe. We want to know how this happened.
