ECONET TELECOM LESOTHO INCOMPETENCE

Econet Telecom Lesotho has proved its negligence to us as customers, for the past 3 days their Ecocash system has been down, resulting in no reflections of money transactions where as money is debited from Ecocash accounts, this affected normal money transactions and purchasing data/airtime.
They continued to insult our intelligence and claimed to have redeemed such services, ignoring at first hand the fact that some customers lost money without a trace in attempts to purchase their deals, they further encouraged such people to contact their line which is unavailable too, their WhatsApp and Facebook account administrator blatantly ignores messages or I should say responds irrelatively. This has affected our everyday routines therefore we pledge to whom it may concern to intervene
