Increase the usage of wind turbines and solar panels

It is clear that the energy sources used in the united kingdom are not clean. This is a problem because it is releasing large amounts of carbon every minute. But if we switch to cleaner sourses of energy like wind turbines and solar panels this will vastly decrease the amount of carbon in the atmosphere having better effects on the atmosphere.
